Angela has been coaching since 2008 and has recently completed an MSc in Sports Coaching at Stirling University. She is in the process of working towards her UKCC level 3 qualification As well as coaching for the club, Angela is Head Coach for Central Sporting Partnership’s Disability Regional squad and is one of the coaches for the Scottish National Disability squad. Angela has been one of Scotland’s top Disability swimmers, representing Scotland from the age of ten and progressed through to senior level. She was a member of the World Class Potential Programme from 2003 – 2007, and first competed for Great Britain in 2005 in Germany. In 2006, she travelled to South Africa as part of the GB World Championships team, where she swam the 200 IM and broke the British Record for the 400m freestyle for her classification.
Angela is responsible for the Stirling Swimming’s Summer Camp.
